K Academy (Ｋ塾) is open for enrollment again!  If a program continues to attract hundreds of students for 9 years, there must be something good about it, right?  :)

The program is 6 months long, and you will learn how to earn affiliate commission from web sites.  It consists of 6 steps of training, and comes with a load of support and tools.

海外金融口座申告 FBAR (FATCA) 2015

まずはこれを読んで下さい。

そうです、FBARは毎年やらないといけません。

２０１６年６月３０日が締め切りで、FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network)システムから申告できます。

今回はＰＤＦ版をやってみました。パソコンにコピーを保存し忘れることがないので、便利かも！！

ちなみに、２０１５年度は１ドル120.4200円です。

さあ、始めよう！！

Online Formの"Start Now"をクリックします。

"Prepare FBAR"をクリック。

"NFFBAR.pdf"をパソコンに保存します。開くにはAcrobat Readerが必要です。




保存したファイルを開きます。

セキュリティーの設定によっては、こんな警告がでますので、"OK"をクリックします。



残りはオンライン版とほぼ同じです。

Filing nameを入力します。僕は名前と年度にしておきました。

個人情報を入力します。

口座情報を入力します。去年からほとんど変わっていないので、コピペで十分でした。



全部入力し終えたら、サインします。

一番上までスクロールするか、Ctrl + Homeで先頭に戻ります。

"I acknowledge that I am electronically signing the BSA report."（BSA reportを電子的にサインしてますよ）のポップアップで"Agree"をクリックすればサインしたことになります。



送信する前に、保存しないといけません。

"Save"をクリック。

説明を読んで"OK"をクリック。要は、わかりやすい名前を付けてね、ってこと。

ファイル名を付けて"Save"をクリックします。

準備ができたので"Ready to File"をクリックします。

警告ポップアップで"Allow"をクリックします。このとき、ちゃんと政府のサイト（https://bsasefiling1.fincen.treas.gov）であることを確認しましょう。

アップロードサイトが開きますので、さっき保存したファイルを選んで"Submit"をクリックします。

コンファメーションを印刷するなりしましょう。

確認のメールもすぐに届きます。

すでに口座情報とか調べてあったので、４０分もかかりませんでした！！

FBAR (FATCA) 2015

Yes, you have to file the FBAR every year.  :(

Again, filing can be done electronically through the FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network) system.  And again, you must file by June 30, 2016.

I tried the PDF form this year.  This is actually more convenient, since you won't forget to save a copy to your PC.  :)

FYI, the exchange rate for Japanese YEN was 120.4200 for 2015.

So here we go again.  :)

Click on "Start Now" in the Online Form box.

Click on "Prepare FBAR".

Save the "NFFBAR.pdf" file to your PC.  Of course, you will need Acrobat Reader to open the file.



Open up the PDF file.

Depending on your security settings, you may see this warning message from Acrobat.  Press "OK" to proceed.



The rest is mostly the same as the online form.

Enter a filing name.  I just used my name and year.

Enter your information.

All of your account information.  Most of this didn't change since last year, so it was mostly copy and paste.  :)



Once all of that's done, you need to sign the form.

Unfortunately, you have to scroll all the way up.  Or press Ctrl + Home.

Signing is just a matter of clicking "Agree" on this pop-up that says, "I acknowledge that I am electronically signing the BSA report."



Before you can submit the file, you must save it.

Click on "Save".

Gives you a nice explanation, so click "OK".

Enter your file name and click "Save".

Now, you can click "Ready to File".

You will get another pop-up warning.  Click "Allow" only if it is trying to connect to the government site.  (https://bsasefiling1.fincen.treas.gov)

It will take you to the upload site, so enter your information, choose the file, and click "Submit".

Print out or note your confirmation.

You should also get an e-mail shortly.

All of this took me less than 40 minutes, because I already had my account information looked up.  :)

フォーム1095

まずはこれを読んで下さい。

今年度、フォーム1095という、タックスリターンの新しいフォームが届くかもしれません。

国民皆保険（？）、いわゆるオバマケア（Affordable Care Act）で、自分や扶養家族が健康保険に入っていた証拠となるフォームです。

フォーム1040の61行目（Health care: individual responsibility）のために使います。69行目（Net Premium Tax Credit）で手当ももらえるかもしれません。

もし加入していない月とかがあった場合、罰金（Shared Responsibility Payment）が発生する可能性もあります。

This year, you may get an unfamiliar tax form, a variant of Form 1095.

Part of the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. Obamacare), this form shows health insurance coverage of you, your spouse, and any dependents during the tax year.

You can use this to complete line 61 on the 1040, Health care: individual responsibility.  You may also qualify for tax credits on line 69, Net Premium Tax Credit.

You may have to pay a "Shared Responsibility Payment" if your household was not fully covered.

そこでのDave Aspreyの最強の食事です。英語ではThe Bulletproof Diet（防弾ダイエット）。レシピ集も充実しています。

本の中でデイブ・アスプリーは食材を３つのカテゴリーに分けます。完全無欠（Bulletproof）、やや注意（Suspect）、ハイリスク（Kryptonite）。

「完全無欠」は草飼育（grass-fed）のバターなど、いくら食べても大丈夫なものです。

「やや注意」のものは少しずつ試して、何が体に合うかを推奨しています。

「ハイリスク」のものは体に悪さをします。カビが蓄積されやすいものとかです。

というわけで「完全無欠」な食材を探しまわっていますが、Sproutsで色々そろっているみたいです。
