So I blogged about Bitcoin a couple years ago, and it tanked last year, but now coming back up!

I've tried mining bitcoins, but it is no longer profitable.　 X(

So I've decided to get some formal education on the subject, to see how I can utilize Bitcoin.

The Digital Money Revolution is an introductory course that explains what Bitcoin is, the underlying technology, and most importantly, how to earn and use it!

フォーム1095

まずはこれを読んで下さい。

今年度、フォーム1095という、タックスリターンの新しいフォームが届くかもしれません。

国民皆保険（？）、いわゆるオバマケア（Affordable Care Act）で、自分や扶養家族が健康保険に入っていた証拠となるフォームです。

フォーム1040の61行目（Health care: individual responsibility）のために使います。69行目（Net Premium Tax Credit）で手当ももらえるかもしれません。

もし加入していない月とかがあった場合、罰金（Shared Responsibility Payment）が発生する可能性もあります。

Form 1095

This year, you may get an unfamiliar tax form, a variant of Form 1095.

Part of the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. Obamacare), this form shows health insurance coverage of you, your spouse, and any dependents during the tax year.

You can use this to complete line 61 on the 1040, Health care: individual responsibility.  You may also qualify for tax credits on line 69, Net Premium Tax Credit.

You may have to pay a "Shared Responsibility Payment" if your household was not fully covered.

スコット・アダムズは良い食事と運動が成功にとって大切だとは書いていますが、具体的にどうすればよいのかは示していない。

そこでのDave Aspreyの最強の食事です。英語ではThe Bulletproof Diet（防弾ダイエット）。レシピ集も充実しています。

本の中でデイブ・アスプリーは食材を３つのカテゴリーに分けます。完全無欠（Bulletproof）、やや注意（Suspect）、ハイリスク（Kryptonite）。

「完全無欠」は草飼育（grass-fed）のバターなど、いくら食べても大丈夫なものです。

「やや注意」のものは少しずつ試して、何が体に合うかを推奨しています。

「ハイリスク」のものは体に悪さをします。カビが蓄積されやすいものとかです。

というわけで「完全無欠」な食材を探しまわっていますが、Sproutsで色々そろっているみたいです。

The Bulletproof Diet

This is an excellent companion to Scott Adam's book, "How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big".

Scott mentions how a good diet and exercise are beneficial for success, but doesn't tell you exactly how to get to that level.

Well The Bulletproof Diet shows shows you how, including recipes for bulletproof meals.  :)

In the book, Dave categorizes food into three ranks, Bulletproof, Suspect, and Kryptonite.

"Bulletproof" is stuff you can eat confidently, like grass-fed butter.

"Suspect" is stuff that may or may not do you good.  He recommends testing them out bit by bit, to see what fits your body.

"Kryptonite" is stuff that does more harm than good.  This is stuff that can accumulate mold, etc.  Don't touch it with a ten foot pole.

So we've been looking around for bulletproof food, and it looks like Sprouts has a good collection of them.

Bulletproof products are also for sale on his website.

K-Jyuku season 17 (K Academy / Ｋ塾１７期)

K Academy (Ｋ塾) is open for enrollment again!

K Academy teaches how to earn affiliate income from web sites.  (AKA "site affiliate")

The training consists of 6 steps (0 to 5), where each step is carefully crafted by K himself.  He will also conduct a monthly seminar, inviting ASPs.

There are also tools available to maximize performance, and forums and a private SNS to share information, ask questions, etc.

I joined the last season, but couldn't put in the time to do the work.  If you are not able to take about two hours every day, this may not be for you.

Not surprisingly, it costs a lot.  (360,000 to 390,000 yen, depending on payment terms.)

So you may want to start off with a cheaper option, Riiko Blog Affiliate.  :)

This is actually one of the steps mentioned above, so there's nothing to lose by trying it out for half an year.
